Congratulations to Dan Powell, one of our three fiction winners of the 2013 Esoteric Awards. His short story collection Looking Out of Broken Windows made the shortlist for the 2013 Scott Prize issued by Salt Publishing. The prize is given for an author’s debut full-length short story collection written in English.
Dan’s story “Storm in a Teacup” is included in the collection and will be published by Carve this spring 2013 issue.
